Applications are invited from eligible candidates for temporary engagement in academic arrangement under Self Finance Category in the ITI’s of Kashmir Division for conducting training activities in the following Trades on monthly honorarium of Rs. 6000/- per month for Degree holders and Rs. 5500/- for Diploma holders/ITI/CTI for the academic session 2016-17-18.

Applications on prescribed format forming annexure “A”to this advertisement notice shall be submitted in the office of Deputy Director Technical Education, Srinagar (Bemina) by or before 02- 05-2017 along with the self attested copies of the following certificates.

1. Academic/Technical Qualification certificate/Marks certificates.
2. Date of Birth certificate.
3. Permanent Residence certificate.
4. Experience certificate, if any.
5. Relevant Higher Qualification Certificate

Applications from candidates belonging to the District in which services are required to be utilized shall only be entertained. In case there is no application from the concerned District, application from the other District will be entertained. The candidature of only such candidates will be entertained who have undergone regular class room courses to attain the basic essential qualification for the academic activity. The academic arrangement will be for a period of one session and shall automatically cease on the completion of the academic session and shall not be extended.

The selection of the candidates for temporary arrangements in the academic arrangement shall be made from amongst the eligible candidates, purely on merit basis with due weight age to relevant teaching experience and relevant higher qualification and the selected candidates shall be placed in the respective Institutes to ensure the functioning of the Trade.

The candidates engaged shall have to maintain proper discipline and punctuality and shall have to work to the entire satisfaction of the students as well as the Principal/Superintendent concerned. Lack of qualities or indiscipline of any kind will entail disengagement.

Mere submission of application or eligibility shall not entitle any candidate for this engagement in the arrangement and the arrangement shall be made only as per the requirement in the respective Institutions. Incomplete application or application not supported by relevant documents shall be rejected without any notice to the candidate.

Selected candidates shall have to execute an agreement with the department on the prescribed format duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate (First Class) to the effect that they shall have no claim for permanent absorption in the department as the positions advertised are purely to be driven on Self finance basis and are not created posts.

Selected candidates will be paid by debit to the Revenue component of the concerned Institute and the placement shall be made only if sufficient number of candidates seeks admission, with admission above 80% and subject to availability of infrastructure.

While the applicants are entrusted upon to note before applying, that the posts against which applications are invited are purely temporary and non-existing and are run on self finance basis, as such the candidates have no preferential claim for further continuation beyond the academic session.
