In continuation to earlier advertisement No: CTPK-01-of 2017 Dated: 11.05.2017 and for the speedy formulation of Master Plan and Zonal Plans, the Government of J&K has decided to augment the technical manpower/expertise available to it by Inviting Subject Experts/Specialists/Consultants to participate in the formulation of Master Plan and Zonal Plans of Anantnag City.

Accordingly Town Planning Organization, Kashmir In pursuance to Government communique No’s: HUD/09/2017/SDA dated: 03.042017 and HUD/09/2017/SDA dated: 26.04.2017 received from Housing and Urban Development Department J&K, invites applications for the hiring/engaging Professional services of subject Experts/ Specialists/Consultants having requisite qualification and working experience purely on contractual basis for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of signing of agreement for the preparation of Master Plan/Zonal Plans of Anantnag City, as per the following eligibility criteria, monthly enumerations, and Terms & Conditions.

Terms and conditions:

Interested candidates having required qualification and experience in the subject shall submit their application as per the prescribed format (Annexure-A) along with all self attested testimonials vii PRC, Date of Birth, Qualification and experience Certificates either in person to the Office of the Chief Town Planner, Town Planning Organization, Kashmir or through email to kashmiragmail.corn within a period of twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this Notice. PRC shall not be applicable to Subject Experts/Specialists/.you ar at jkupdates.Consultants from outside J&K state. Those candidates who have already applied need not apply again.

The eligible candidates shall be called for interview on the date and venue to be specified separately.

No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the interview/interaction.

Mere calling for interview shall not entitle the candidate for selection.

The Interview shall be conducted by the Committee to be constituted by the Government.

The selected candidate shall enter into an arrangement with this office that they shall not claim any future engagement on the basis of service rendered or leave the assignment before the completion of contract period. An affidavit duly attested by 1nClass Judicial Magistrate to this effect.you ar at jkupdates. shall also be produced by the selected candidates.

The experts shall be required to produce their inputs as advisories/opinion/policies/strategies etc. both in hard and soft format to the competent authority for assessment of their performance and delivery.

The Subject Experts/Specialists/Consultants inputs including the project work shall remain the property of the J&K State and shall not be reproduced anywhere without the prior permission of the competent authority.

The Subject &pens/Specialists/Consultants shall have to give undertaking that they will remain available as per the requirement of the office and shall be paid remuneration subject to full satisfaction of the office.

In case any selected candidate turns defaulter midway, he/she shall be penalized by recovery of full payment already made.

The engagement/hiring period may be further extended by maximum one year (12 months) on the approval of the Administrative department.

The competent authority reserves the right to terminate the contract/agreement at any stage of assignment without assigning any reason thereof and for any dispute between the parties, settlement shall fall within the jurisdiction of Courts of J&K State only.
