Applications through online mode are invited from the permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir State possessing the prescribed academic/professional qualifications and age for the.u r at j k up da te s. posts of Assistant Professor(Lecturer)/Lady Medical Officer/Casualty Medical Officer/Medical Record Officer in Government Medical College, Baramulla, Anantnag, Kathua, Doda & Rajouri in Health & Medical Education Department as per the categorywise break-up tabulated below

Age as on 1st January 2018:

Minimum = 18 Years
Maximum = 40 Years
Physically Challenged candidates = 42 years
Candidates belonging to RBA/SC/ST/ALC/SLC categories = 43 years
Candidates in Govt. Service (in respect of candidates = 45 years
already working in H&ME Department)
Ex-serviceman = 48 years

Scheme of Selection:

The eligibility shall be governed under Government Order No. 02-HME of 2018, 03-
HME of 2018, 04-HME of 2018, 05-HME of 2018 & 06-HME .u r at j k up da te s.of 2018 dated:01.01.2018 issued
by the J&K Health & Medical Education Department under their endorsement no.
ME/GAZ/150/2017, ME/GAZ/149/2017, ME/GAZ/151/2017, ME/GAZ/152/2017 &
ME/GAZ/153/2017 .u r at j k up da te s.dated 01.01.2018 respectively and the selection process shall be
conducted in accordance with Rule 51 of Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission
(Business & Procedure) Rules, 1980 as amended uptodate (Notification No. 07 -PSC (DR) of
2017 dated: 07.06.2017, available on the website of Commission i.e www.jkpsc.nic.in).
