Salary : Rs 2,50,000/-
Term of Engagement : The appointment of professional will be purely on contract basis for a period of (3) three years, which may be extended after the review of performance, and desired output. However, the contract may be terminated by giving three months' notice by either side.

Candidate is also required to submit a copy of detailed Curriculum Vitae clearly mentioning the post- qualification experience (s). The selection of the candidate will be completely on the basis of Essential Qualification, Additional qualification, Experience and Interview. The decision of the Company is final and binding. The Company reserves its rights to accept or reject any applications, without assigning reasons thereof.

The list of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the website: www.jkhudd.gov.in and the candidates will be intimated about the date of interview.
The shortlisted candidates shall be evaluated on the basis of evaluation of their applications along with the documents submitted with the applications and the Interview. The application evaluation criteria has been defined as in Appendix-D.
The 70% weightage shall be given to the application evaluation (Appendix-D) and 30% weightage shall be given to the Interview. The merit list shall be generated accordingly and select list containing one Candidate and waiting list containing two candidates shall be published based on merit.
