GMC Govt Medical College Class IV Posts Document Verification
Document verification of provisionally shortlisted candidates for the post of Class-IV advertised vide notice No. 02-AHS of 2018 Dated: 07-02-2018
In continuation to this office notification No. AH/EST-III/2018/6775-85 Dated: 11-10-2018 regarding the subject cited above, it is hereby notified that all the concerned provisionally shortlisted candidates who failed to appear for document verification on the scheduled dates of 3rd/4th of October, 2018 and 22nd/23 rd of October, 2018 due to prevailing situation in the valley, that they can now appear before the Document verification committee for verification of their relevant certificates/testimonials on the below mentioned date
Accordingly all the concerned candidates are advised to appear IN PERSON before the Document Verification Committee in the office of undersigned on the scheduled date, time and venue along with the following documents in original and also photocopies of these certificates which they have to self attest in presence of the said committee.
- Date of Birth Certificate
- 10th Class Marks certificate.
- 12’h Class Marks certificate.
- Permanent resident certificate.
- Reserved category certificate, if applicable.
- Two recent passport size photographs.
- Aadhar Card.
- Other documents as per the advertisement.
Any candidate who remains absent on the scheduled date of his/her document verification shall forfeit his/her right to selection without any further notice.
The shortlisting of the candidates for document verification is purely provisional and shall not confer any right upon the candidates to claim selection on the basis of mere inclusion in the shortlist. Any candidate having filled wrong information in the application form and figuring in the shortlist on the basis of such false information shall be summarily disqualified on verification of his/ her certificates.
All previous notifications along with Annexures (A-G) are available on the official website of GMC, Srinagar i.e., www.gmcs.edu.in. This notice shall be treated final and no further opportunity will be provided to the aspirants.
