The interview/viva-voice of shortlisted candidates mentioned In annexure-A below who have applied for the contractual posts under ICPS Advertised vide Notification No. 02 of 2016 dated 22-09-2016 shall be held on 03/10/2017 Tuesday time 10:00 am in the Dak Bunglow Baramulla.The verification of the requisite documents (original testimonials) shall be made on the day of interview.
The candidates shall have to produce all the original certificates/testimonials atthe time of document verification and interview as per eligibility criteria notified vide above referred notification.
No TA/DA shall be paid for participation In the interview.
Mobile phones are not allowed In the office premises.
No separate call letters regarding interview shall be sent / given to the candidates listed at annexure-A
If a candidate fails to appear in the interview on specified date he or she will not be eligible for the next time. The interview of the post of Assistant-cum Data Entry Operator (Notification No 01 of 2016 and 02 Of 2016 dated 22/09/2016) shall be held separately after qualifying the type test.
If any candidate who has applied for the said posts has any clarification regarding the shortlist, please contact District Social Welfare Office Baramulla In the working hours, before date of Interview.
No claim shall be entertained after interview.
