Conducting of Written Test for the post of Nursing Aid & CSSD Attendant Advertised Vide Notice No. 02 of 2018, Dated: 23-07-2018

In continuation to Notice No. SIMS 302 13 18 13/2019-643-48, Dated: 13-02-2019, it is hereby notified for information of all those candidates figuring in Annexure, A & B of aforementioned Notice that their written test is scheduled to be held on February 26, 2019 at 02:00 PM. The Centre Notice and venue of examination is forming Annexure – A of this Notice.

The following selection criteria shall be adopted for making selection for the post of Nursing Aid & CSSD attendant:

Written Test = 100 Points

The candidates are advised to download admit cards from SKIMS website (www.skims.ac.in) by filling in following details w.e.f. February 20, 2019 onwards:

1. Post Name
2. Application Number
3. Date of Birth

It is hereby further notified for information of all those candidates, who have represented to this office for their inclusion in Common list of candidates issued vide Notice No. SIMS 302 13 18 13/2019-643-48, Dated: 13-02-2019 (Annexure – B), as they have applied for both the posts, however, figuring in Annexure – A only at two places.The request has been considered by the SKIMS Administration and the candidature shall be considered .u r at jk up date s.for both the posts in respect of those candidates who have applied for both the posts (Nursing Aid &CSSD Attendant).The Roll Nos. assigned to such candidates shall remain same for both the posts (Nursing Aid & CSSD Attendant).

NOTE:

The syllabus for written test (Nursing Aid & CSSD Attendant) shall be 10+2 Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) as per prescribed qualification.

In case of any discrepancy or any technical difficulty or non- availability of Internet services, the candidates are advised to visit office of Administrative Officer (Policy) Room No. 2120 and LAN Office by or before 24-02-2019. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained after 24­02-2019.

The candidates will not be permitted to appear in the written examination without admit card and a valid photo identity card, which shows their photo clearly.

Any candidate found guilty of impersonation at any stage of selection process or has uploaded fabricated /tampered documents/testimonials or making false, incorrect or suppressing material in online application form shall .u r at jk up date s.render him / her liable to criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration of any or all recruitments made by the SKIMS.

In the event of failure of a candidate for appearing in the Written Test on the scheduled date, he / she shall forfeit his/her right for consideration.

No TA/DA will be paid for participation in the written test.
