PROVISIONAL SELECTION LIST OF THE CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION IN VARIOUS TRADES FOR THE
SESSION 2018-19 & 2019-20 IN RESPECT OF GOVT. INDUSTRIAL TRAINING INSTITUTE DODA

Errors & Omissions Accepted :

1. The List is Provisional and subject to alteration/modifications, as such no right accrues to any candidate to claim selection as a matter of right on the basis of inclusion of name in the list. The objections if any shall be submitted in the office of the undersigned alongwith valid proof within 7 ( seven) days from the date of issue of the notification . No claim shall be entertained thereafter under any circumstances.

2. All the Provisionally selected candidates are directed to report to this office by or before 20-07-2018 To 28-07-2018 for admission as well as for deposition of fee alongwith the following documents in original with 3 sets of their attested copies failing which their candidature will be rejected and candidates appearing next in the waiting list will be considered for admission.

The waiting list issued herewith shall remain operative w.e.f 30-07-2018 to 0 2-08-2018. List of documents to be submitted at the time of admission:-

i) Academic Qualification Certificate and Marks card of Qualifying Examination and School leaving certificate.

ii) Permanent Resident Certificate

iii) DOB Certificate

iv) Five Recent passport size photographs

v) Affidavit on Rs 10/- (ten) stamp paper duly signed by the first class Magistrate declaring that the candidate seeking admission in the particular trade has not taken admission in any other institute, school/college or is not doing any kind of job in any organisation (Govt./Semi-Govt).

3. Counselling cum admission for left over vaccant seats ( if any ) will be held 04-08-2018. 4. The candidate had to deposit the fee for payment seat/ Self Financing seat in addition to the usual fee. 5. The class work shall start w.e.f. 01/08/2018.
