- MANAGING DIRECTOR
Job Description : Managing Director shall be reporting to its Board of Directors. He will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the company and for achieving its Corporate Goals & performance parameters laid down by the Board of Directors.
Experience : Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in Investment Banking/Capital Market/Wealth Management Services, Business Development/ Marketing, Financial Services sector etc., out of which minimum 5 years should beat top management level.
- CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Job Description: Owning Financial Responsibilities including economic strategy, forecasting for financial planning, Balance Sheet Management as well as financial reporting to higher management. Candidates having hands on experience in ERP, budgeting, taxation and corporate affairs will be preferred.
Qualifications & Experience : CA, CPA or CFA with strong academic credentials having minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience preferably in Financial Services Sector.
- COMPANY SECRETARY (CS)
Job Description : To perform the functions of Company Secretary and compliance officer of the Company. Candidate should be proficient with the provisions of the corporate laws, regulations/ bylaws of the Stock Exchanges/ Depositories, SEBI Act and other relevant statutes.
Qualifications & Experience : The Candidate should be a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with minimum three (3) years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
