SSM College Required Professor,  Associate Professor/ Reader, Assistant Professor. Pay Scale

The Pay scale for the above mentioned positions will be as per UGC norms.

The candidate shall be below 40 years age as on ending 30th April 2018 for the post of Assistant Professor.

Candidates from the retired faculty members of any Govemment/Recognized institutions having the prescribed experience and qualification with less than 66 years age can also be considered for the appointment against the notified posts whose salary will, however, be negotiable.

S.No	Position	Qualification and Experience
1.	Professor	Ph D degree with first class at Master’s level in the branch of Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years experience in Teaching /Industry/Research out of which 5 years must be at the level of Associate Professor and /or equivalent.
2.	Associate Professor/ Reader	Ph D degree with the first class at Master’s level in the appropriate branch of Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years experience in Teaching/Industry/Research at the level of Lecturer/ Assistant Professor or equivalent.
3.	Assistant Professor	First class at Master’s Degree Level (M.Tech) in Electrical Engineering from the recognized University/lnstitution. Preference will be given to the candidates with Ph D/M Phil or NET Qualified.
