CBSE Class 10, 12 Result 2021: A day after the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the roll numbers of all the class 10, 12 students who had registered for the exam this year, speculations are rife that 12th results 2021 will be declared on Friday. Though the board is yet to officially announce the result date and time., a leading portal has claimed that like previous year, class 12 results will be declared before class 10 i.e, on Friday. Students of class 10 can expect their final scores by August 1. Notably, the Supreme Court had asked both the CBSE and other state boards to declare board exam results by the end of this month.

“Since the exams were not conducted for both the classes, the admit cards were not released by the Board. Now, the Board is in the process of declaring the result,” the Board stated yesterday and released the roll numbers of students. Following the previous trends, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan may announce CBSE 10th result 2021 on his official social media pages.

Earlier on July 28, the CBSE said results are coming soon but did not give a specific date or time.

  • Result date: By July 31, 2021
  • Result time: As per previous trends, the board is expected to declare results after 11 AM

08:18 AM: The pass percentage for CBSE 12th board exam in 2020 stood at 88.78 per cent, higher by over 5 per cent as compared to the 2019. However this year, it is expected to improve as exams were scrapped and students have been evaluated on the basis of their performance in previous classes and internal assessments.

08:14 AM: The year too, the board has decided not to come up with a merit list in view of exceptional circumstances amid the coronavirus pandemic.

08:11 AM: In 2020, the board had not released results for 400 class 12 students as it failed to compute the scores of these students based on the decided assessment scheme in view of the pandemic.

08:06 AM: What happened last year?

Last year, the girls had outshone the boys in the class 12 examination. The Trivandrum region had recorded the highest pass percentage at 97.67, followed by Bengaluru 97.05. The lowest pass percentage was recorded at 74.57 in the Patna region.

08:01 AM: Earlier on Wednesday, CBSE had shared a hilarious tweet asking parents not to be a ‘minimum parent’. In the message, the board had also asked parents to relax as the results will be out soon.

08:00 AM: CBSE will also send the Class 12th results to the students on their registered mobile number. To get the results in this facility, students need to download the Microsoft SMS Organiser app on which they will have to register themselves and get their scores through SMS.

07:53 AM: As witnessed in previous years, the official website may crash due to heavy traffic on the result day as lakhs of students will be checking the results simultaneously. In that case, students can access their CBSE board results 2021 via SMS and alternate websites such as results.nic.in, indiaresults.com and examresults.net. Besides, one can also check their scores on DigiLocker and UMANG platforms.

07:00 AM: With July 31 deadline, CBSE 12th Result 2021 is likely to be released today, claimed a report published in Times Now. Notably, the board, in its various circular issued to the schools, had time and again informed that the Class 12 result has to be declared by July 30.
