GOVT .GUJJAR BAKERWAL Hostel (Boys & Girls) Poonch Admission Notification

In Pursuance of Govt .Order No. 57-SW of 2015 dated 24-03-2015.

THE application forms are invited for Admission in Govt Gujjar Bakerwal Hostel Poonch ( Boys & Girls ) in class 6th for the session 2021-22.

The date of receipt of application form is fixed w.e.f 01-04-2021 to 08-04-2021 during office time.

The entrance test shall be conducted on 11-04-2021 at 10.30 Am in the premises of Govt G/B Hostel Boys Poonch .

Below mentioned conditions must be adhered necessarily.

The candidates must have passed 5th class during the session 2019-20 for winter zone & 2020-21 for summer zone.

The candidates must be permanent resident of District Poonch

The candidates must fall in BPL /Category supporting BPL Card or
Lower income certificate,

The candidates must be belonging to Gujjar Bakerwal (ST) Community supporting (ST) Category Certificate.

No member of the family should be Govt .Employees. The candidate has to prove income certificate as per Performa enclosed with application forms from the Tehsildar Concerned.

Medical Fitness Certificate.

All the necessary restriction pertaining to the Covid-19 shall be strictly adhered during the admission procedure.
