SKIMS Medical Collage Conduct of written-test for the Post of Jr. Stenographer.

Conduct of written-test (objective-type) for the post of Jr. Stenographer.

It is notified for information of all those candidates who have appeared in shorthand/type speed test on 28th, 29th of October, 2019 and 8th of January, 2020 notified vide notice No. SKIMS- MC/302(Adm)/2019/8316-26 dated 17-10-2019

and SKIMS-MC/302(Adm)/2019/10309-19 dated 30-12-2019 for the post of Jr. Stenographer advertised vide Notice No. 01 SKIMS MC of 2019 dated 01-02-2019 at Government Polytechnic for Women, Bemina that the written-test (objective- type) of the candidates who have qualified the skill test is scheduled to be held on 28″1 of August, 2020 02:30 PM at Lecture Hall Complex, SKIMS Medical College, Bemina. The candidates are directed to report one hour earlier to the examination venue.

The list of candidates who have qualified the shorthand / type speed test for the post of Jr. Stenographer is available on the official website of SKIMS Medical College, Bernina i.e. www.skimsmc.edu.in. The candidates are advised to collect their Roll No. Slips/ Admit Cards on 26th of August, 2020 during office hours from the office of the Administrative Officer, SKIMS Medical College, Bernina and are required to bring two passport size photographs with them. No candidate shall be allowed to sit in the examination hall without Roll No. slip/Admit card. The Roll No. Slips/ Admit
Cards will be issued on production of all original certificates.

The examination will be of 90 minutes duration with objective multiple choice questions. The candidates appearing in the written-test shall not be allowed to carry any electronic gadgets such as calculators, mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, scanning devices, pagers, headphone, arplugs, I-pad, tablet, pc or any other computing/ communication devices into the written-test venue. The candidates are advised to bring card board and Blue/ Black ball point pen with them.

The paper shall comprise of the MCQs from the Academic qualification prescribed in the
Advertisement Notice and a copy of syllabus shall also be available on the official website of SKIMS Medical College, Bemina i.e. www.skimsmc.eduln.

Note: No TA/DA shall be paid for participation in the written-test.
