Appointment of Candidates for Class-IV Posts in Revenue Department, J&K Govt

In pursuance of the letter of Financial Commissioner (Rev), J&K vide No. FC (NG- Misc) 1221 /11/2013 Dated: 15-05-2013 and as per the final selection list issued by the Deputy Commissioner Baramulla (Chairman District Level Recruitment Committee) vide Notice No.DCB/Class-1V/Revenue/2017/334-38, Dated: 08-08­2017 against the posts advertised vide this office notification No.DCB/Estt/2013-14/Rect/Class-1V/562-76 Dated: 25.10.2013 read with corrigendum issued vide No.DCB/N/138-41, Dated: 12.05.2015, sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment of the candidates indicated in the Annexure “A” to this order, as Class-IV in the Revenue Department (District cadre Baramulla) against the available vacant posts. The mode of salary of the appointees shall be decided in light of the clarification sought by this office vide No. No.DCB/N/Estt/357 Dated: 23.08- 2017 from General Administration Department (GAD) AK

The appointees shall report to this office within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of this order. The appointees shall be allowed to join only after production of following documents/certificates in original:

  1. Academic/ qualification certificate.
  2. Date of Birth Certificate.
  3. Medical Certificate issued by the competent authority.
  4. Permanent Residence Certificate.
  5. Relevant Category Certificate (for Reserved categories)
  6. Certificate from General Manager DIC & Deputy Director Employment concerned to the effect that no loan under self employment scheme has been availed.

In case, any appointee fails to join within the stipulated time period of 21 Days, his/ her appointment shall stand cancelled ab- initio.

The appointments shall be subject to the following conditions:

The appointees shall give an undertaking in the shape of an affidavit to the effect that in case adverse report about his / her character & antecedents is received from the Addl. Director General of Police, CID J&K to whom a reference shall be made by this office, his / her appointment shall by itself stand cancelled ab-initio and he/ she shall have no claim of his/ her appointment.

The verification of the qualification certificates/ reserved certificates (wherever applicable) from the concerned issuing authority. The appointment shall be cancelled ab-initio, if any fake / forged documents were proved at any time during service of the candidate.

The salary of the appointees shall only be drawn & disbursed to him/ her only after satisfactory report in respect of point No.ma” VI,” above is received.

The appointees shall be on probation initially for a period of two years.

The appointment is further subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending in the Hon’ble Court(s).
