Whereas, this office invited applications for recruitment to class-IV orderly for Revenue and Election Departments in District Samba vide advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2017 dated 25-04-2017; and

Whereas, Settlement Assistants/Prism Men deployed In district Samba, vide Financial Commissioner Revenue letter No. FC(NG-Misc)1454/014 dated 08-08-2011 approached to Montle High Court through SWP No. 1165/2017, MP No. 01/2017 for quashment of advertisement notification No. 01 of 2017 dated 25.01-2017 on the grounds that they have been deployed In newly created administrative units In district samba on monthly meager payment of honorarium; and

Whereas, Hon’ble High Court disposed off writ petition mentioned above with the directions that responded No. ‘(Commissioner/Secretary Revenue Department MAX Govt.) and 4 (Deputy Commissioner Samba) to consider the claims of the petitioners for regularization of their services by a speaking order bearing In mind the recommendations made in their favour by the respondents, within a period of two months and till then the process of selection Initiated vide Advertisement Notification dated 25-07-2017 was kept In abeyance: and

Whereas, pursuant to directions of Hoot% High Court doted 16-05.2017 this office has passed speaking order bearing No. DCS/Estt/124 of 2017 dated 25-07• 2017; and

Whereas, the last date for entertaining applications vide notification no. 01 of 2017 dated 25.04-2017 and In continuation corrigendum No. DCS/ESII-298/17-18/301- 306 dated 01-05-2017 published In newspaper on 05-05-2017 was 26-05-2017; and

Whereas, process got stayed in compliance with the order Of Montle High Court dated 16-05.2017 I.e. 10 days short of last date for receipt of applications; and

Whereas, the aspirants for the posts were deprived of an application period of 10 days which needs to be provided for a fair and transparent process of recruitment: and

Therefore, applications are invited for l0 love only from the date of publication of this notifkation in newspaper, in pursuance to Govt. Order No. 735-GAD of 2008 dated 30-05-2008 and Govt. Order No. 731-GAD of 2010 dated 24-06-2010 and order No. 02- ELEC of 2017 dated 06-03-2017 for recruitment to Class -IV (orderly) are Invited for Revenue and Election Department In District Cadre Samba from the permanent residents of District Samba on prescribed format given at Annexure
