Amendment of J&K Sheep Husbandry (Gazetted) Service Department Recruitment Rules 1987
Whereas, the Jammu and Kashmir, Sheep Husbandry
(Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules were formulated in the
year 1987, notified vide SRO-119 dated 06.03.1987 with
Schedule-I (Sanctioned Strength) and Schedule-II (Method of
Recruitment).
Whereas, due to the bifurcation of erstwhile State of Jammu
and Kashmir into two Union Territories, i.e Union Territory of
Jammu & Kashmir and UT of Ladakh, the Schedule-I
(Sanctioned strength) issued vide SRO-119 was also
distributed among the two Union Territories and were notified
vide SRO-906 dated 26.10.2019 for UT of Jammu &
Kashmir and SRO-905 dated 26.10.2019 for UT of Ladakh.
Whereas, due to creation/deletion of certain posts, the need
has arisen to notify a Draft Schedule-I and II of J&K Sheep
Husbandry Gazetted Recruitment Rules.
Now, therefore, a Draft Schedule-I & H of J&K Sheep
Husbandry (Gazetted) Recruitment Rules is appended to this
notice and issued for information of all the Stakeholders for
inviting objections/suggestions, if any, within 15 days, after
issuance of this notification through the concern Directorate of
Sheep Husbandry, Jammu/Kashmir alongwith substantiate g documents
