ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL, APS JAMMU CANTT RECRUITMENT

How to apply
Application forms are obtainable from APS, Jammu Cantt between 1000h to 1300h on all working days wef 05 Mar 2018. Application form duly filled will be submitted alongwith bank draft of Rs 100/- in favour of Principal Army Public School Jammu Cantt from any nationalized bank by hand or registered post latest by 08 Mar 2018 upto 1400h.
Screening (written) (for Non CSB) test, language & Computer literacy test will be held on 15 Mar 2018 (0900h) and candidates to report at 0830h. Interview will be held from 19 Mar 2018 (0900h) onwards.
Attested photo copies of all testimonials/certificates are to be attached with the application form. Applications received through e-mail will not be entertained.
Age Limit
Below 40 years as on 01 April 2018 for fresh candidates and below 57 years for experienced candidates (including ESM).
Concessions for widows, wives and wards of disabled Army Persons as per AWES rules.

| PRT (Computer) | M. Tech / B. Tech / MCA / M. Sc / B. Sc in Computer Sc with 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from University or recognized institutions. |
| PRT (Dance) | Matriculation or equivalent exam. Two years experience in recognized Ballet Troupe as a performing artists. Two years experience in dance work with children in a recognized children school. Good communication skills in English is mandatory. |
| PRT(PTI) | Graduate in Physical Edn or BPEd or DPEd awarded by a recognized university / institute. |
| Counselor | B A with Psychology or Graduate with a Certificate or Diploma in Counseling with minimum experience of three years as Counselor. |
| Librarian | B Sc (Lib) and Computer literate or Graduate with diploma in Library Science from a recognized Institute. |
| Computer Laboratory Technician | Min 10 + 2 + One year Diploma in Computer Science. Knowledge of Hardware Peripheral and Networking. |
| Adm Supervisor | Preferably a retired JCO (Sub Maj/Sub GD). Medically fit (Preferably SHAPE-1) |
| Receptionist | Graduate in any discipline with fluency in English. Computer literate. Knowledge of work atmosphere in school. |
| Lab Attendant (Physics) | Min 10+2 with Science and Computer literate. |
| Part time – Band Instructor | Matriculate having 10 yrs experience as pipe band master. Preferably ex-serviceman. |
| Part time – Coach (Basket Ball) | NIS qualified in Basket Ball |
| Part time – Instrumentalist —Guitar | Graduate in Music & Degree in subject / Sangeet Visharad. |
| Part time – Instrumentalist —Sitar | Graduate in Music & Degree in subject / Sangeet Visharad. |
