District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Doda Job Recruitment 2023

Applications are invited from eligible persons for empanelment as Mediators on temporary basis in District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
Doda Application forms can be obtained free of cost from the office of District Consumer Disputes Rederessal Commission Doda located at Old Sub District Hospital Building Bhadarwah during office hour’s w.e.f 08.03.2023 to 17.03.2023. The last date for receipt of application is 21-03-2023 Procedure for
selection of members shall be governed by Jammu and Kashmir consumer protection Mediation Rules 2023.

Requisite Qualification / Eligibility

a. Retired District & Session Judge or other retired Judicial Officer of the Judicial services of Jammu
and Kashmir or

b. Retired member of Consume; Commission, or

c. An Advocate with a minimum experience of ten years at Bar OR

d. Empanelled with the Mediation cell of the Hon’ble court or District Court

e. Having experience of at least five years in mediation or conciliation Or

f. Expert or professional or retired officer of Jammu and Kashmir Govt with at least fifteen years of experience in administration
