District Health Society Bandipora Jobs Recruitment 2022

Applications in the prescribed format are invited on behalf of District Health Society, Bandipora from eligible candidates who are permanent residents of District Bandipora for the post of Junior Staff Nurse to be hired on a Contractual basis for SNCU District Hospital Bandipora under the National Health Mission as per the criteria shown against each.

Qualification:

B.Sc Nursing from Govt. Recognized Institute Or Matric with Diploma in Jr.Staff Nursing training from SMF or any other recognized Institute.

Age Limit: up to 45 year

Place of Vacancy: District Hospital SNCU

How to Apply :

Application forms can be had from the office of the CMO Office Bandipora. Application forms duly filled and along with all relevant documents shall reach the office of the undersigned by or before 16th August 2022.

The applicant at the time of filing of the application form will submit a self-declaration form of being domicile in terms of the J&K Grant of Domicile Certificate rules 2020, as per the enclosed format.

Selected candidates will have to submit the J&K- UT domicile certificate issued by the competent authority, at the time of joining.

Applications can be rejected by the screening committee if found not falling as per required criteria.
