The engagement shall be made only for a period of three (03) months extendable upto six months. Detail of posts and eligibility criteria is given as under:-

The applicant must be domicile of UT of J & K , District Samba

Candidates if selected shall have to execute an agreement with the Vice Chairperson (Chief Medical Officer). District Health Society. Samba on this terms of services.

3 Term of hiring shall be for three months only.

In case of unsatisfactory performance or violation of agreement, the society shall be well within its power to terminate the services and substitute him/her.

The candidate shall not claim any regular appointment /regularization in the department in lieu of this agreement.

6 Applicant found having made any incorrect or false statement. suppressing material information shall render himself/herself Liable for criminal proceedings.

The consolidated remuneration per month is inclusive of all allowances and benefits.

The selected candidate shall have to submit an affidavit to the effect that he/she shall not claim for any regular appointment/extension in the department in view the requirement of staff for Covid-19.

The selected candidate shall be allowed to join only on the production of Domicile Certificate.

Candidate should bring below mentioned original documents along with them while appearing
for interview. Self attested photocopies of documents to be submitted at the time of interview.
