Qualification/teaching experience in a teaching Medical Institution recognized by MCI.
M.D. (Psychiatry); Specialty Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (USA); M.R.C. Psych. (UK) or equivalent qualifications with
Two years teaching experience as Lecturer in Govt. Medical College, Srinagar/Jammu and (01) Research Publication indexed in National Journals accepted /published as first/second author, during the tenure of the Lecturer.
Applications on the prescribed format are invited from the eligible candidates, (Not in Service/Non-PSC), of Kashmir Division for engagement as Assistant Professor in the Discipline of Psychiatry Govt. Medical College, Srinagar, on Academic Arrangement basis under SRO. 24 of 2019 Dated. 10-01-2019, for a period of one year, or till such time posts are filled up by the competent authority by promotion of the regular Faculty/Lecturers of the Department in terms of J&K Medical Education, (Gazetted), Services Recruitment Rules 1979, read with SRO. 88 of 2016 Dated. 14.03.2016, whichever happens earlier:-
