Application from the domicile of Union Territory of J&K are invited online from the Dental Surgeons PSC/Non-PSC (unemployed) for the posts of Registrar for tenure of three years in the following disciplines.
Discipline:
Periodontics=01 Post
Orthodontics=01 Post
The applicants are directed to visit the official website of this institution tttp://iggdcj.edu.in/jobs.php for completion/submission of their application forms. The detailed instructions for filling up of online form and mode of payment is given in the link provided above.. The link will be available from 01-06-2020 to 22-06-2020 upto 4 PM. For in-service / PSC Dental Surgeons need to take printout of filled application form and route it through proper channel to the office of the Principal, Indira Gandhi Govt. Dental College, jammu on or before 22-06-2020 upto 4 PM
Qualification:
Minimum qualification BDS. (From the institution recognized by DCI).
The candidate having Post graduate degree (MDS) in the concerned discipline mentioned above will be preferred.
Conditions and Eligibility:
incomplete application form(s) in any respect or not attached with relevant certificates shall ix rejected without further communication
The In-Service Dental Surgeon shall be paid salary as per their LPC..
The In-service candidate shall be allowed to participate in the selection process only with the prior permission of the Administrative Department viz. Health & Medical Education Department j&K. For the purpose, they shall route their application forms through Administrative Department and “no advance copy shall be entertained”.
. For candidates who are not in Govt. Service (NON-PSC candidates)The Non-PSC candidates shall be engaged on consolidated pay equal to basic pay of Dental Surgeon in the Health Department as per SRO 93 dated 15-04-2009 plus DA
Eligibility all candidates:
The doctor who were earlier appointed as Registrar but has left the job before completing tenure need not to apply.
Those candidates who have already completed their tenure as Registrar in above discipline need not to apply and their application forms shall not be considered.
The applications should be accompanied with an affidavit duly attested by the 1″ class Judicial Magistrate, declaring that the applicant has not done Registrar ship earlier within or outside the UT a&K) in any of the above mentioned disciplines.
A passport size photograph should be pasted at the appropriate place on the application form. The application forms should be accompanied with self attested copies of the following documents/testimonials:-
BDS degree from recognized College & University
Internship completion certificate
Attempt certificate issued by the Head of Institution/Universities.
Marks card of all the years of BDS
MDS degree from recognized College & University
Rural service certificate (prior to post —graduation) issued by the Director Health services.
Field service certificate (after post —graduation) issued by the Director Health services.
Distinction, National Scholarship, Honors, Medals, Academic merit certificate.
House Job experience certificate for full one year issued by the Principal concerned.
Professional publication in a standard Medical journal, if any.
Registration certificate (upto-date) of AK Dental Council.
Date of Birth certificate.
A copy of Adhara Card
Domicile certificate/Proof
The eligible candidates shall have to appear for interview before the selection committee in the office chambers of the undersigned along with all original documents for verification.
The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of combined academic merit and weight age of 90% and 10% in the interview as per the rules/orders issued as per Govt. Order No 706-HME of 2007 dated 11-01-2007 (Annexure “A”)
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
