KU Job Recruitment for Professors & Associate Professors 2021
Online Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for teaching positions of Professor in the Level 14 of 7th CPC and Associate Profesor in the Level 13-A of 7th CPC available in various Campuses/ Departments/ Institutes/ Centres of the University as indicated below:-
1. Main Campus:
Arabic, Bio-Chemistry, Botany, Centre for Sheikh-ul-Alam Studies (Markaz-i-Noor), Centre of Central Asian Studies (CCAS), Centre of Research for Development (CORD), Chemistry, Commerce, Computer Sciences, Directorate of Distance Education, Directorate of Life Long Learning (DLL), Economics, Education, Electronics & Instrumentation Technology, English, Geography & Disaster Management, Hindi, History, Iqbal Institute of Culture and Philosophy, Kashmiri, Law, Library & Information Science, Linguistics, Management Studies, Mathematics, Media Education Research Centre (MERC), Persian, Pharmaceutical Science, Physics, Political Science, Psychology, Sanskrit, Shahi Hamdan Institute of Islamic Studies, Statistics, Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure Studies, Urdu & Zoology.
2. Kupwara Campuus:
Energy Studies & Physics.
3. North Campus:
Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Sciences, English, Management Studies & Teacher Education.
4. South Campus
Education, English, Management Studies & Mathematics.
IMPORTANT DATES:
Submission of Online Forms/Hard Copy from 22d Sept. 2021
Last date for Submission of Online Forms is 21st Oct. 2021
Last date for Submission of Hard copy is 21st Oct. 2021
SUBMISSION OF ON-LINE APPLICATION FORMS:
Step 1: Visit http://www.kashmiruniversity.ac.in and Click on Jobs/Recruitment link.
Read detailed important Instructions and Preview of whole process for Registration and submission of the Application Form before proceeding ahead.
Step 2: Candidate needs to register himself/herself before submitting the Online Application. For Registration, Click on the Register as an Applicant link. Remember the Username and Password for future reference. Use valid Email id
and mobile during the registration process.
Step 3: After successful Registration, Login into the system by using your Username and
Password.
Step 4: Key in the personal details, educational qualifications, experience etc then Preview the Form. If details are correct, Click on Submit. If there are variations or you want to update, click on Preview button, make corrections, updating and then Submit. Remember, no editing or updating is allowed after the Form is
submitted. Get a printout and note the Form No. for future reference.
Step 5: Select payment for depositing Application Fee (Online mode only). Deposit the Application Fee of Rs. 1050/-, through Online mode through online banking/Credit/Debit card.
