Advertisement/2014/1892-1904, Dated: 28.05.2018 and in pursuance to the Mission Director NHM J&K letter No: SHS/NHM/J&K/PS/2018-19/9545-50, Dated: 11.06.2018, Applications are invited from the unemployed eligible intending candidates who fulfil the required eligibility criteria for the below mentioned category of post for hiring on contractual basis in Health Department Kargil under different schemes of National Health Mission (NHM) for the financial year 2018-19

Note : First preference shall be given to the local candidates of this district, in case non availability of candidate in the District, the candidates of other Districts of the State shall be hired as per the guidelines of NHM and the terms and conditions as under

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Contractual hiring will be offered by the District Health Society Kargil under NHM.

Initial contract will be for up to 31.03.2019, i.e, ending financial year and further extension will be subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate/ approval of the Posts by GOI / State Health Society NHM J&K.

The contractual hiring shall not confer any right on the appointee to claim extension or for regular selection at any point of time.

The selected candidates shall have to execute an affidavit from the First Class Magistrate to the effect that under no circumstances they shall seek their transfer/ attachment to any other district.

This office reserves the right to short list the number of candidates to be called for interview if found possible.

If a contractual appointee at any time willfully neglects or refuses to perform his/ her duties, his/ her services shall immediately be terminated as per guidelines under NHM/ procedure under rules.

The hiring shall be governed by other terms and conditions as are not specifically mentioned herein but are made applicable in case of such appointment at any time by the contracting authority.

Applications as per prescribed format should be sent to the office of Chief Medical Officer Kargil personally or by post up to 30 June 2018, 04:00 PM. If the last date is declare as holiday next working day shall be the last date for receipt of application. Applications incomplete in any respect or without requisite documents or received after the due date shall not be entertained / accepted.

Date of Birth Certificate.

Permanent residence certificate.

Degree of the required qualification for the post applied.

Marks sheet of all semesters/ one consolidated marks sheet indicating marks of all the semesters of the required qualification for the post applied for.
