Name of Post Qualification
Sales Manager Graduates/MBAs between 30-40 years of age with a minimum of 10+ years experience in Automobile Sales, with 2-3 years in a Department Head position.
Sales Consultants Young dynamic sales professionals who are passionate and driven to sell automobiles. Graduates in any discipline, experienced candidates should apply only.
HR Manager MBA (HR)/ Post Graduate in HRM, with 5 yrs. of experience of working in the Auto industry will be preferred.
Digital Engagement Manager Post Graduate in Sales/Marketing or Training & Development, minimum 5 yrs. of experience in a similar profile. Responsible to develop the competency level of the sales force in handling digital Leads.
Customer Relationship Manager Post Graduate in Sales/Marketing minimum 5 yrs. of experience in customer relationship management & team handling.
Exchange Evaluator/ Manager Engineer/Diploma/TI in Automobile with minimum 3 yrs. experience as an evaluator of used cars. A valid 4 wheeler license is mandatory
Accessories Manager/ Executive Minimum 5 yrs. relevant experience is required.
Service Manager/ Personal/Commercial Degree/Diploma in Automobiles/ Mechanical Engineering.Experience in the Automobile field and 10 years as Service Manager.
Bodyshop Manager Degree/Diploma in Automobiles/ Mechanical Engineering. Experience in the Automobile field and 5 years as Bodyshop Manager
Floor Controller Degree/Diploma in Automobiles/ Mechanical Engineering. Experience in the Automobile field and 5 years as Quality Controller
Customer Relationship Manager / Executive Minimum Graduate with at least 5 years experience as CRM Service in the Automobile field.
Manager Technical Degree/Diploma in Automobiles/ Mechanical Engineering. Experience in the Automobile field and 5 years as CoTEK
Service Advisor Degree/Diploma in Automobiles/ Mechanical Engineering. Experience in the Automobile field and 5 years as Service Advisor
IT Manager Diploma in Information technology and 4-7 years experience with network, application and understanding
of system security (client, server, system hardening standards)
Parts Manager Degree/Diploma in Automobiles/ Mechanical Engineering.Experience in the Automobile field and 5 years as Parts Manager.
