Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate in Engineering Course.
Salary : Pay Scale Level 14 (Rs.144200-218200)
Experience
I) Essential : Minimum 05 years of Experience as Chief Executive Officer in Manufacturing Companies/Equivalent Higher Position in the Indian Armed Forces.
II) Desirable : 25 years of professional experience in Manufacturing and handling Weapon Systems
Selection Process
The Selection Process for Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023 includes the following Stages-
The Selection Criteria for Appointment on Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director comprises Interview in the aftermath of Shortlisting Process. The Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) shall shortlist the Officials to be summoned for Viva-voce/Personal for Selection for Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director Post.
Appointment Terms :
i) The Appointment on CEO/MD Post shall be for 03 Years from the Date of Joining.
ii) The Term is Extendable twice for 01 Year’s Duration each with the Approval of the IRRPL Board.
Note: The Applicant shall need to furnish/submit an Undertaking as part of Individual Application that, in case Selected on CEO/MD Post, He/She will join the Post.
