NHM Kupwara Provisional Selection List of Various Categories

Provisional Selection List of the candidates applied for various categories (Staff Nurse, S-ray technician, Social worker, ISM Dawasaaz„ Dental Technician under National Health Mission on Contractual basis vid Advertisement Notification 2019. 03 of 2019 dated 28/05/2019 and 08 of 2019 dated 20-09-2019.

Consequent upon the Advertisement Notification no. 03 of 2019 dated 28/05/2019 and 08 of 2019  dated 20.09-2019 for hiring of various posts under National Health Mission under contractual basis.
The following candidate have been provisionally selected under NHM programme on contractual basis.

Terms and conditions:

The engagement is purely on consolidated basis and shall remain In force for a period of one year and subsequent drawl of honorarium shall be subject to verification of date of relevant certificates which shall begot verified by the concerned DDO’s from the concerned institutions duly recognised by the UGC/Deemed universities. In case of any adverse report regarding the authencity of documents, the engagement shall be cancelled straight away.

The performance of the appointee should be reviewed after every three months.

In case the appointee wants to quit the services, he/she have to inform the department before a month.

He/she has to work at the place against which He/She has been engaged and shall not be eligible to transfer from place of posting in any case

He/She shall be terminated at nay time for non-performance, indiscipline, absentee from duty or nay other reason without prior notice.

He/she have to submit affidavit duly signed by 1st Class Judicial Magistrate that he/she shall not claim for any regularisation of his/her services in the Department/Government.

He shall not be entitled to any allowance or monetary benefit except whatsoever admissible under the schemes.

He/she shall report in the office of undersigned along with all original documents/ Testimonials within period of 07 (Seven) days of the publication of this notice, failing which the engagement order will be treated as cancelled without any prior notice and consequently the waiting list shall be operated which is valid gor 06 Months.

The hiring shall be governed by other terms and conditions that are not specifically mentioned herein but are made applicable in case of such appointments at any time by the competent authority.
