Srinagar Smart City Limited a SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) established by the Govt of J&K for the implementation of “Smart City Mission’* in the Srinagar City invites applications from the permanent residents of J&K state for following posts (on contractual basis for 03 years only ) to be stationed at Srinagar.

The appointments on contractual basis shall be on following terms and conditions:
The appointments shall be purely on contract for a period of 3 years only. The suitability of the candidate shall be reviewed at the end of I (one) year and extension shall be granted on the .u r at jk updates.satisfaction of Srinagar Smart city Limited. The tenure shall be continued for the next 2 years.
The serv ices of successful candidate can be terminated by SSCL by giving I (one) month notice or with remittance of one months’ pay in lieu thereof. If candidate wishes to leave .u r at jk up dates. the services of Srinagar Smart City Limited. She/he shall have to give three months notice or remittance of three months’ salary in lieu thereof.
Candidate shall have to submit a declaration that he has not been charged ‘convicted by any Honorable court nor dismissed removed compulsory retired by way of punishment from the service of any public private sector undertaking or from Government Department and that she/he has not been declared involved in any unlawful activity by any Honorable court.
