Applications through online mode are invited from the permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir State possessing the prescribed academidprofessional qualification and age, for different category of posts purely on contractual basis on consolidated wages in the Ujala Society (State Implementing Society for SSA, J&K) as per the following breakup

The application form shall be filled online along with photograph, certificates etc the form together with instructions for filling up the application forms will be available at the website:ssa.jk.govin of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. Date of commencement of submission of online applications shall be 25 Sep 2017.

Candidates are advised to go through the instructions and all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the posts before filling the online application forms.

Last date for filling up of online application form complete in all respects is : 16 Oct 2017.

Last date for submission of fee in the bank in case of e-challan mode of payment is 17 Oct 2017.

Terms & Conditions for engagement:

1. I he engagement shall be purely on Term Contract Basis for one year only. Contract shall be liable to be
   terminated without any notice in case of performance below acceptable standard.
2. The candidate shall fulfill all the eligibility criteria mentioned for the post.
3. The candidate should be a Permanent Resident of the State of Jammu & Kashmir.
4. Age as on 01-01-2017:-

General category candidates   = 40 years

Reserved category candidates            = 43 years

Physically challenged candidates       = 43 years

In-service contractual employees of SSA       = 45 years

5. The selected candidate shall have to file an undertaking on non-judicial paper duly attested by Sub.
   Registrar Judicial to the effect that they will not claim any entitlement for absorption In Govt. service or in the Society at any stage of their engagement with the society or thereafter at the closure of the project and that he/she is ready to serve in any part of the State or such place where business of the society are conducted.
6. The online applications should be accompanied by qualification certificates including marks sheet,
   Permanent Resident Certificate, Date of Birth certificate and other related documents duly self-attested.
7. The applicant shall deposit fee of Rs. 110/- In favour of State Project Director, SSA, J&K payable at J&K
   Bank Moving Secretariat as per the mode specified.

The post is transferable and the candidates selected for the post could be adjusted anywhere in the State. n.            Extension may be accorded on the recommendation of the Performance Evaluation Committee of the
Directorate to be set up by the State Project Director.

The posts of AEs on contract basis for Districts of Budgam, Kulgam, Rajouri, Udhampur, Doda shall be

filled subject to outcome of the case in the Hon’ble Court

	11.              In case of non-availability of special educators in the districts. The relaxed qualification are:
	a.                   90 days foundation course trained may be considered for engagement as resource teachers with the condition that he/she will complete the full course within three years of appointment.
	b.                  Graduates enrolled in any RCI recognized programme could also be appointed as re­source teachers with the condition that they will completed full course within three wars.
	In case of non-availability of candidates having qualification mentioned from serial no. 1 to 11, B. Ed Special Education will be considered.
