Vaccine Cold Chain Manager=22 Posts (J&K for All  Districts)

Planning and execution of all activities related to eVIN implementation in the designated district, in close coordination with district DIO/RCHO, Support the work of Cold Chain Handlers (CCH) and District Vaccine Store(DVS) and cold chain point in improving timely stock entries and their online visibility

Experience: A minimum of 2-3 Years of professional work experience at the State level/District level on implementation project in the health sector , Preferable 1-2 years proven experience in the public health system and programs at district Level

Qualification: Should have Graduation Degree in Bachelor of Business Administration/ Bachelor of Computer Applications from a reputed University/ Institution

Senior Project Officer=01 Post (State HQ)

Provides advice and support to the development and phased implementation of the Electronic Vaccine Intelligence Network (eVIN) that includes vaccine logistics and cold chain management on one single information system platform in the state

Experience: A minimum of 5-7 Years of professional work experience at the State level in policy-cum-programme development, monitoring & implementation and preferable 2-3 Years in Routine Immunization programme including the vaccine logistics and cold chain mechanisms,

Qualification: MBBS & MD in Preventive & Social Medicine

Project Officer=01 Post(Information Technology) (State HQ)

The enhancement and implementation of the Electronic Vaccine Intelligence Network (eVIN) that includes vaccine logistics and cold chain management on one single information system platform based on user feedback Systematic and phased scale up of the Evin system for SMS-enabled real time Management Information system (MIS) for cold chain and vaccine logistics management at the respective district level.

Experience: Essential requirement of minimum of 5 Years of professional work experience. Preferably minimum 3 Years’ experience in supply chain management of vaccines, Preferable 2­-3 years’ experience working in the health sector.

Qualification: A minimum of Graduate degree in Computer Sciences /IT/ from a reputed University/ institution.

Project Officer (Operations)=02 Posts ( Divisional HQ Srinagar & Jammu)

Provides advice and support to the development and phased implementation of the Electronic Vaccine Intelligence Network (eVIN) that includes vaccine logistics and cold chain management on one single information system platform in the state. This activity will involve a systematic and phased scale up of a system for SMS-enabled real time Management Information system (MIS) for cold chain and vaccine logistics management at the respective district level.

Experience: Essential requirement of minimum of 5 Years of professional work experience. Preferably minimum 3 Years’ experience in supply chain management of vaccines. Preferable 1-2 years in Routine Immunization programme including the vaccine logistics and cold chain mechanisms is essential.

Qualification: MPH/MHA/MBA in Hospital Administration from a reputed University/Institution.
