8. Cinemas/ Theatres can function from 15th October at 50 percent capacity.

9. Religious Processions continue to remain prohibited.

10. Size of gatherings in open spaces with no ceiling subject to physical distancing. 11/ Close space gatherings limited to 50 percent capacity, subject to ceiling of 200. 12/ Spectators allowed in Sports complexes.
