Jammu Police Seized 7 Stunt Bikes Of stunt Performers
In a bid to curb stunt biking nuisance and save precious lives, Jammu Police seized 7 stunt bikes, who were performing dangerous stunts, scaring other road users on national highway in Sidhra of Jammu, yesterday.
As per the report, Sidhra Police received information regarding some persons performing stunts on motorcycles and riding their bikes in rash and negligent manner on Sidhra-Nagrota Highway.
“Acting swiftly a special police team of PS Sidhra led by SI Nitish Khajuria reached the said place and finally arrested the persons and seized their bikes.”
The Nagrota Police also collaborated with Sidhra Police to nab the bikers.
Pertinent to mention that, two bikes among the seven which were seized by the police had no number plates on it, the report said.
“Accordingly a Case FIR No.30/2022 U/S 279/336 IPC, case FIR No.30/2023 U/S 279/336 IPC, stands registered in police station Nagrota.
