JKSSB Graduate Level Exam Stayed by High Court

The Decision to stay JKSSB Graduate Level Exam was taken by the Court of Honourable Judge of High Court Shri Janak Raj Kotwal after some petitioners filed a Grievance, that they were allotted Examination Center at Boys Higher Secondary School Baderwah, for the Graduate Level Exam scheduled to be held on 27 April 2017 from 2 to 4:30 PM.
However, a Day before the exam, JKSSB shifted some candidates from a Kishtwar Center to Boys Higher Secondary School Baderwah, this sudden shifting of Examination Center at such a short notice, lead to confusions among the aspirants, and due to this mismanagement by JKSSB, the written examination was not held at Boys Higher secondary school Baderwah.
However, candidates were assured by JKSSB, that they will conduct the exams for this centre separately, but JKSSB without conducting the exam for that centre goes ahead with the completion of Selection process. even the Board released the Answer Keys and Representations from candidates, in case they found any errors in the Answer Keys.
After hearing these Arguments from the Councel of petitioners, Justice Kotwal issued a notice to JKSSB and stayed the Selection process for Graduate Level Posts.
