Registration on the HPR portal is mandatory for all nurses and doctors in J&K
Department of Health and Medical Education Saturday announced that registration on the Hospital Professional Registry (HPR) portal of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission is required for nurses and doctors.
The guidelines have been issued to all nurses and doctors who work for the government, as well as those working in the private sector.
“It is mandatory for all the doctors and nurses working both in the Government as well as the Private sector to register themselves on the ( HPR )Hospital Professional Registry portal of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission,” according to an official announcement.

Generate Healthcare Professional ID using Aadhar or other KYC
Fill out Registration Form: Enter personal, registration, academic and work details.
Review and submit form for verification. Respond to queries (if any)
