Cluster University Selection Lists for Various Courses
Based on the merit obtained in the “Entrance Test” and preference given by the applicants, the candidates whose roll numbers are mentioned in the enclosed list have been selected provisionally for admission to various 5-year Integrated Honours and 3-Year Professional courses in the Constituent Colleges of the Cluster University. The admission of the candidates is subject to following .u r at jkupdates.terms and conditions:-
All relevant original documents (marks cards of qualifying examination,state subject certificate, provisional/character certificate of the institution last attended and reserved category certificate, wherever applicable, are produced at the time admission
Production of a self-attested declaration, counter signed by the parents/guardian’s stating that:
I am not on rolls of any Institution;
All the submitted certificates/documents are genuine;
I have not availed the benefit of the reserved category .u r at jk updat es.certificate for pursuing any UG programme earlier (if seeking admission under reserved category);
I shall strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of the University in to to;
I understand that in case of any misinformation or concealment of any information or indiscipline, my admission to the course shall be cancelled and I shall be subjected to legal action; and
I submit this declaration under my free will without any pressure, compulsion, prejudice Fraud or coercion.
The provisionally selected candidates shall approach the Cluster University, for completion of admission/deposition of the Fee by or before May 2, 2018 (up to 4 PM)along .u r at jku pdates.with all the relevant copies of original documents referred to above with a Xerox copy of each certificate as well.
Any provisionally selected candidate, failing to complete the admission formalities within the stipulated time shall forfeit his/her right to admission and the resultant vacancy .u r at jk up da tes.or vacancies so created, if any, shall be filled up on the basis of merit from the waiting list
The candidates are directed to access the University website on daily basis for further updates.
After making a choice of the subject and depositing the admission fee, the candidate shall not be allowed to change his/her preference.
Fee once submitted can’t be refunded.
Seats falling vacant on 2nd May after 4 PM shall be filled up from the waiting list w.e.f. 3rd May
