GMC Kathua Deficiency List Released for Staff Nurse Posts

Whereas vide advertisement No. GMCK/Estt/2021-22/375-82 dated 11/05/2021 the advertisement notice for post of Junior Staff Nurse was advertised in GMC Kathua.

Whereas the committee was constituted vide order No. GMCK/Admn/2021-22/ 1221-1232 dated 28/05/2021 to scrutinize compile and finalize the merit of all the application forms received on the official mail, by hand or by post.

Whereas on compilation of various forms received through different modes (post, by hand, by mail etc.) the committee considers it appropriate and has recommended to the undersigned that list of all those candidates whose application forms have been received in the office through mail, post or by hand shall be notified. Consequently, the details of candidates whose forms have been received for the post of Junior Staff Nurse is attached as Annexure “A”.

However, it must clarified that the name of candidates is only as per the application form received. Whether the eligibility criteria is fulfilled or not, shall be decided by committee later on and if the candidate does not possess requisite qualification his/her form shall be rejected outrightly.

Further, some of the candidates have either uploaded blurred or incomplete forms and committee finds it appropriate to give final notice to those candidates. The deficiency is written as remarks in front of names of those candidates.

The candidates shall submit the hard copies of documents in the office of the undersigned, the last date of which shall be Wednesday (30.06.2021) after which no documents of any kind shall be entertained. Also it is made clear to all the candidates that the registration by J&K Paramedical Council is the main criteria which need to be fulfilled. As such the application forms of those candidates who have not registered with J&K Paramedical Council or not initiated the process of registration with J&K Paramedical Council shall not be entertained.

The official responsible for collecting the documents is Mr. Arun Kumar, Telephone Supervisor, who shall collect the documents by hand till Wednesday i.e. 30.06.2021 during office hours (10:00 AM to 04:30 PM) (Contact no. 9596615976) in lecture hall No. 2, 1st floor, GMC Kathua (New Building). No document from post or mail shall be entertained this time. No new form shall be entertained. In case, the candidate has any claim that he has submitted the form on the mail [email protected] by or before the cut off date, he shall visit the office of the undersigned with the screenshot of mail and hand it over to Mr. Arun Kumar,
who shall after verifying the authenticity of the screen shot shall finally decide in consultation with Dr Sabita Yograj, Professor & H.O.D Department of Physiology, GMC kathua that whether the form is to be taken or not after fulfilling all the observable formalities as per rules.
