It is hereby notified for the information of all those candidates who have applied online and submitted requisite documents in hard copy for the post of Technical Assistant (Contractual) for Edusat Hub/Studio Kashmir Division vide advertisement No. 01 of 2021 dated: 20-11-2021 in Govt. College for Women, M.A. Road, Srinagar that the interview for the following eligible shortlisted candidates for the said post is scheduled to be held on 27/12/2021 at 11.00 am at Govt. College for Women, M. A. Road, Srinagar (Divisional Hub/Studio).

NOTE:
The list of candidates called for the interview is purely provisional and has been devised on the basis of information provided by the candidates in online application form.
The candidates called for the interview shall furnish an affidavit attested by 1st class magistrate at the time of interview that the information furnished by him in the online application form is true and if found wrong at any point of time his candidature for the post shall summarily be rejected.
Mere figuring of the name of a candidate in the list does not entitle him to appear in the interview unless he/she possesses the requisite qualification for the post.
In case any candidate claims to have eligibility for the post and is not included in the list of eligible candidates called for the interview, he/she shall visit the office of the undersigned before the date of the interview with valid proof along with a downloaded copy of the application form for the settlement of his/ her claim.
The candidates shall bring following certificates in original with them at the time of interview:
Date of Birth.
State subject/Domicile certificate.
Degree/Marks certificates (All semesters or aggregate)
Identity Proof.
Two Passport size photographs.
Essential qualification certificates.
Experience certificate.
One Xerox set of above certificates shall also be furnished at the time of interview.
