Important Notification regarding Combined Graduate Level Examination
A Combined Graduate level examination was conducted on 27th April, 2017, wherein due to some reason, the exam could not be conducted in one of the centres at District Doda, namely Government Higher Secondary School, Bhaderwah, (Centre Code 1007).
Some of the aggrieved candidates of the said centre, namely Sh. Arvind Kant S/o Jai Gopal & Ors., total sixteen in number, approached the Hon’ble High Court and obtained Status quo order from the Hon’ble Court on further selection process pertaining to the said examination.
The said matter was finally disposed of by the Hon’ble High Court on 08.2017, with the following direction:-
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board to conduct fresh written test for Graduate Level posts in respect of the centre at Government Higher Secondary School Bhaderwah within a period of Two (02) months from today.
Needless to state, that the question paper which will be given to the candidates in the examination will be of the same standard which was held on 27.04.2017
The Board shall shortly be announcing the date of said examination which will be conducted before 30th September, 2017.
A list of candidates, who were allotted the said centre in April, 2017, is enclosed herewith as Annexure ‘A’. All are required to check their particulars. Further, any other candidate who was allotted this centre by the District Administration Doda, on 27.04.2017, but his name doesn’t figure in Annexure ‘A’ should approach Administrative officer, J&K Services Selection Board Jammu, or Administrative officer, Srinagar with written representation and evidence in support of his/her claim by or before 9th September, 2017, failing which it shall be presumed that there is no such claim.
