Interview Notice for Positions of Rehbar-e-Khel In District Doda pursuant to Advetisment Notice No.:01 of 2018 Dtd :-10-01-2018

As approved by the Deputy Commissioner Doda (Chairman Selection Committee for Rehbar-e-Khel in District
Doda). The Zone-wise interview of all the applicants who have applied for the positions of Rehbar-e-Khel advertised
vide this office No:-01 of 2018 Dtd:-10-01-2018 is scheduled to be held at Dak-Banglow Doda as per the
below mentioned scheduled
Note:
1 Applicants who have been called on particular dates shall report the venue at 10.00 AM sharp on the scheduled date.
2. More figuring of name in the list dose not entitle the candidates to appear in the interview as it shall be subject to the scrutiny of all certificates, testimonials, documents of the candidates called for interview.
3. No separate interview call letter shall be issued to any applicant whose name figures in the list and this notice shall deemed to be interview call to .u r at jku pdates.in.appear before the District Selection Committee on the scheduled date, time & venue, any applicant who falls to appear in the interview on the given date shall not be interviewed later and shall fore felt.
4 In case of any deficiency viz- a-viz eligibility etc. is provided at the time of interview, the applicant shall not be allowed to appear in the interview or if any deficiency is found subsequently during the process of selection, the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as disqualified.
5 The applicant shall have to produce the following certificate /testimonials in original at the time of interview, falling which the applicant will not be allowed to appear in the interview.
A. Date of Birth Certificate.
B. BPE/BPEd Degree Certificate along with Marks sheet.
C. Certificate & marks sheet of any higher qualification viz MPEd. Mphil, Phd. Diploma from NIS.
D. Permanent Residential Certificate.
E. Any other relevant document.
6 The applicants whose marks certificate do not reflect actual marks obtained or do not reflection conversion formula for CGPA/SGPA to .u r at jku pd ates.in.marks percentage are directed to produce marks/transcript sheet issued by the concerned University at the time of interview.
7 No under process certificate shall be entertained at the time of interview.
8 Any applicant found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated /tempered documents /testimonials or making any false statement or suppressing .u r at jkupdates.in.relevant material / information at the time of interview and subsequently thereafter during or after the process of selection, shall be rendered shall be liable for action /punishment under provision of law.
9 No T.A/D.A shall be paid for the participation in the interview.
10 Engagement of Rehbar-e-Khel position in District Doda shall be subject to the outcome of the writ petition pending in any court of law.
Note:- The applicants have been included in the interview list provisionally and only such candidates shall be allowed to appear in the interview who are within the prescribed age limit and are having prescribed qualification before the cut of date i.e.15-02-2018 AF.
