Jammy University Notification for Admissions to the Masters / PG Diploma Programmes, Falling Under JUET (Academic Session 2020-21)
ONE DAY COUNSELING FOR ALL THE VACANT SEATS :L
It is for the information of all concerned that all the Departments / Nodal Departments will fill up all vacant seat/s (if any) through One Day Counseling on 16th March, 2021 till 05:00 pm as per the schedule notified below, after that there shall be no admissions:
The Statutes / Norms Governing Admissions – 2020 be strictly adhered to for filling up the vacant seats under Open / Reserved/ Achievement / Self Finance Categories. The vacant seat/s, if any, be filled only from the already supplied merit lists pertaining to all the
The seat/s under Reserved Categories, if vacant and after ensuring that no eligible applicant is available, the same be converted to Open and be filled in order of merit.
The Departments / Nodal Departments will display the vacancies for all the categories on the notice board of their Department / Nodal Department and also on the JUET website for the information of all concerned on 15th March, 2021 till 12:00 Noon
All the applicants desirous for admission are advised to report at the concerned Department / Nodal Department for admission to the various Programmes of the University of Jammu/ Offsite Campuses/ Affiliated Colleges. The applicants have to bring Online Admission Form already filled by them along with the photocopies of all the documents and the Affidavits as required for admission. Admissions shall be made purely on the basis of Merit among the applicants who present themselves on the day of the counseling. Candidates failing to report for the Counseling shall not be considered for Admission.

FIRST ROUND OF COUNSELING for RESERVED CATEGORIES in all the
Departments / Nodal Departments where seats are vacant
Reporting Time: 10:00 am to 11:30 am I Admission in order of merit: 12:00 Noon to 01:30 pm
NOTE: The Reserved Category seats if not filled in the First Round of Counseling be converted into Open and the admissions be conducted in the Second/ Final Round of Counseling.
SECOND/ FINAL ROUND OF COUNSELING (In all the Departments / Nodal Departments for all the vacancies in Open / Supernumerary / Self Finance / Others)
Reporting Time: 01:30 pm to 02:30 pm Admission in order of merit: 02:30 pm onwards.
