Provisional Selection list of candidates for admission in three years diploma programmes In all the polytechnics of UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh, session-2023

In pursuance of Notification No. 26-BOTE of 2023 dated 20-03-2023, the candidates have applied online for the admission
in three years diploma programmes in all the polytechnics of UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh. Provisional Merit List of candidates
for admission to Three Year Diploma Programme (Engineering and Non Engineering programmes), inviting of objections thereof was issued vide this office Notification No. 33-BOTE of 2023 dated 11-07-2023. The objections received have been incorporated in the provisional merit list wherever found genuine. In view of the above, the candidates as per their merit-cum preferences are hereby provisionally selected for admission year – 2023 in various Polytechnics of Union Territory of J&K and UT Ladakh as per the Annexure “A” to this notification which is available on website of the Board (www.jksbotelive.com) only.
The provisionally selected candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted polytechnics w.e.f. 15-07-2023 to 24-07-2023 (05.00 PM) along with the following documents in original:-
1. Marks Card of 10th class.
2. Date of birth Certificate of 10th class.
3. Marks Card of 12th class (for MLT students with compulsory Biology)
4. Domicile Certificate
5, Category Certificate, if any
6. Medical fitness certificate
7. Any other certificate / document as required by the College/Institution.
The candidates are advised to report to the allotted polytechnics up to 24-07-2023 positively. It shall be sole responsibility of the Polytechnics concerned to ensure proper check and verification of documents/ eligibility before the candidate is allowed for admission and in case of any discrepancy in the requisite documents; the same shall be reported to the Board for further course of action under rules. In order to complete admission process within the prescribed cut-off date (24-07-2023) the Principal Polytechnics are requested to designate Nodal Officers to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time.
