Jammu and Kashmir Public Works (R&B) Department Selection list of candidates for the post of Junior Assistants under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmir Migrants, Public Works (R&B) Department, Division Cadre Kashmir, Advt/ Item No. 005(04 of 2017) dated: under PM Package for Kashmir Migrants.

Reference: Administrative Department’s letter No. PW(R&B)NG/21/2020 dtd: 21.07.2020.

NOTICE FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Consequent upon the authorization / approval from the Administrative Department communicated vide letter No. PW(R&B)NG/21/2020 dated: 21.07.2020, the candidates as per Annexure “A” appended herewith selected for the post of Junior Assistants under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants. Public Works (R&B) Department. Division Cadre Kashmir are hereby informed through the medium of this notice to submit the following documents/ testimonials in original in this office within a period of (15) days from the date of issuance of this Notice to enable for proceeding further: –

i) An attestation form as per Annexure -1 accompanied by an undertaking prescribed in the Annexure -IV on a sworn affidavit, clearly mentioning that the salary shall be drawn / disbursed only after receipt of the satisfactory Character of Antecedents verification report. In case receipt of an adverse report and on confirmation thereof by the UT / Divisional / District level screening committee, as the case may be appointment Order shall automatically stands cancelled without any notice.

ii) Education / Technical qualification certificates / Marks Sheets.

iii) Date of Birth Certificates / Matriculation Certificates.

iv) Permanent Resident Certificates.

v) Age and Health Certificate from the Officer not below the rank of Chief Medical Officer.

vi) Migration Certificate.

vii) Character / Antecedent Certificate.

viii) Certificate from concerned authorities to the effect that no loan under self-employment scheme has been obtained/ availed by the candidate.
