In pursuance of Notification No: 025-BOPEE of 2020 dated 01-09-2020 where under the Board had uploaded Provisional merit list of the candidates for inviting objections, if any, up to 04-09-2020 for (10th Based) Paramedical Courses – 2020 (FMPHW/MPHW). Pursuant to this, the Board received objections which were considered and on the basis of these written objections, and the Board has prepared provisional merit list forming Annexure “A” to this Notification for counselling of candidates which is uploaded on the BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in.
All the candidates figuring in the final provisional merit list in Annexure “A” are advised to bring Domicile Certificate at the time / day of counselling & other relevant documents; as applicable to them and non-production of same shall debar a candidate to appear before Counselling Committee.
The Board shall conduct the physical counselling for filling up of available seats in all Govt./Private institutions of UTs of J&K/Ladakh as per the schedule give below simultaneously at BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar through video conferencing.

PROCEDURE FOR PHYSICAL COUNSELLING:
The following procedure shall be followed:
Subject to the limits fixed by the Board due to COVID-19, candidates who figure in merit list annexed to this Notification shall be eligible to participate in the physical counseling, provided they have submitted necessary documents online/offline as already notified by the BOPEE.
The seats shall be allotted to the candidates, as found eligible in the merit list annexed to the notification on day to day basis & purely on merit cum preference filled by candidates at their own turn.
The eligible and willing candidates have to report in the BOPEE offices Jammu / Srinagar for registration/attendance & fulfillment of all formalities, as required and dully notified from time to time, before they are allowed to participate in the counselling process, from 08:30 AM up to 10:00 AM on their day/date of turn.
The candidates who do not participate in the counselling process on their respective date/day notwithstanding his/her higher merit shall subject to the conditions contained in the Information Brochure be eligible to compete for the seats as are carried forward to the next day/date of counselling and such candidates shall have no claim on a seat which was available and allotted to a candidate during the previous day/date of counselling on the basis of his/her merit, preference and availability of seat at the time of counselling.
In other words the candidates cannot stake a claim on a seat which has been allotted to the candidate next in merit on the ground that the candidate could not participate in the physical round of counselling earlier when the seat was available. Such a process, if allowed, would mean re-opening of admission/allotment process and thereby result in non-completion of admissions within the stipulated/prescribed time limit by the INC.
The candidates who do not join the college on allotment of seat after completion of counselling shall not be eligible to participate in the subsequent round of counselling/up gradation.
The Board reserves the right to notify such changes as may become necessary in view of any technical difficulty or the reasons beyond its control

All the candidates who are reporting for physical counselling at BOPEE offices
Jammu / Srinagar are requested to adhere strict to Advisory issued by the Government of J&K from time to time for COVID-19.
Seat matrix shall be uploaded separately within due course of time before
The candidate who may not be able to attend counselling physically can authorized a person from his/her family member to participate in the counselling on his/her behalf at BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar on his/her day/date of counselling.
The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in the Information Brochure and Notifications/Notices issued in this regard from time to time.
