National Testing Agency UGC National Eligibity Test
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been established by Ministry of Education MoE (Earlier Ministry of Human Resource Development-MHRD) as an independent/autonomous, self-reliant and self-sustained premier testing organization. It has been entrusted byUGC and Ministry of Education, Government of India with the responsibility of conductingthe UGC-NET examination. The NTA will conduct the next UGC-NET exam for Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility for Assistant Professor on 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14and 17 May 2021. The Test will comprise of two papers.
Paper: I, II
Marks: 300
Number of Questions (MCQ Format): 150
Timing of First shift: 09:00 am to12:00 pm (IST)
Timing of Second shift: 03:00 pm to06:00 pm (IST)
Duration: 3 hrs
Paper mode: The Test will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT)
The online application form will open on 02February 2021. Candidates who desire to appear for the exam are required to apply online between the dates 02 February 2021 to 02 March 2021. The Application Fees can be paid upto 03 March 2021.
