Notification Regarding Disposal of objection received and the selection of candidates AWH Gandoh
The application forms for the post of Sahayika(AWH) in AWC Budhli were invited by Child Development Project Officer Gandoh in pursuance of Govt, order No : 103-JK(SWD) OF 2023 Dated 28.04.2023 and Mission Directorate Poshan J&K No. MD / POSHAN/ Estt/13328-35 Dated 09.05.2023. Whereas three candidates having PHH ration cards applied for the said post.
Whereas a meeting of committee members was convened vide no. CDPO/G/Estt/274-81 Dated 26.07.2023 to finalize the selection process. Whereas the candidate Smt. Farmina Begum W/O Ashaq Hussain was provisionally selected as Sahayika (AWH) on the basis of norms/terms and conditions issued vide Govt. No. 103-JK (SWD) of 2023 Dated 28.04.2023 and vide Mission Director Poshan J&K letter No. SMD/ICDS/Recruitment/2022-23/21349-72 Dated 14.07.2023.
Whereas the provisional list of selected candidates was published on 12.08.2023 for inviting objections from the general public. However, this office received an objection stating that the provisionally selected candidate’s husband is a govt, employee and is eligible to fall in NPHH category. Whereas this office received a report from concerned Tehsil Supply Officer vide No. TSO/FCSCA/B/2023-24/56 Dated 22.07.2023 wherein it is submitted that the husband of Smt. Farmina Begum W/O Ashiq Hussain is a permanent daily wager in PHE Department and is eligible for NPHH category. Whereas this office issued a letter vide No. CDPO/G/Estt/370 Dated 31.08.2023 to concerned TSO seeking clarification regarding the ration card.
Whereas the concerned TSO vide No. TSO/FCSCA/B/2023-24/60 Dated 01.09.2023 issued clarification and submitted that Ashaq Hussain S/O Gh. Hussain R/O Budhli is working as permanent daily wager in PHE Department and his PHH ration card is modified
and new category NPHH is issued on 18.08.2023 in favor of the said person.
Whereas a meeting of all committee members was again convened on 06.09.2023 to dispose of the objection received. Keeping in view the reports of concerned TSO, the provisional selection of Smt. Farmina Begum W/O Ashaq Hussain is hereby cancelled and the candidate next in merit shall be selected. However, the candidate at serial no.02 of panel namely Smt. Rakhi Devi W/O Manjeet Kumar withdraws her name from the selection process and has submitted an affidavit duly attested by Judicial Magistrate Gandoh. Therefore, the candidate at serial no. 03 of panel namely Smt. Sumaya Begum W/O Mohsin Abass is hereby provisionally selected as Sahayika (AWH) in Anganwadi Centre Budhli. Through the medium of this notice general public is informed that any interested person after going through the below given list can file objections if any in the office of the Child Development Project Officer Gandoh within 10 days from the date of issuance of notice and after the expiry of 10 days no objection shall be entertained.
