Revised Schedule for verification of documents for academic arrangement for session 2019-20
On the basis of online application forms received by GGM Science College Jammu for academic arrangement of teachers for session 2019-20 in various subjects for different Govt.
Degree Colleges of Jammu Division, the following would be the revised schedule for physical verification of their documents at OOM Science College Jammu:
Applicants in person are required to bring the following documents in original for their document verification, failing which his/ her candidature shall not be considered for the academic engagement.
- Marks certificate of B.A113.Sc./BP.EdeB.lib ctc
- Marks certificate of M.A/M.ScIM.Tech. etc
- Phil./ Ph.D. decree Notification of result in case M.Phil./Ph.D. degree. if concerned degree is not issued to the candidates
- NET/SET/SLET certificate, if any
- Permanent Residential Certificate (State Subject)
- Bonafide certificate (In case candidate has acquired his/her M.A /1\4.Se. degree from out of J&K state)
- Experience certificates issued by concerned Principal with number and date.
- Date of Birth certificate.
- Documentary proof of Online Certificate course as mentioned in guidelines issued by HEd Srinager vide Govt. order No. 298 -HEr of 2019 dated 30/5/19
Application form along with one set of photocopies of all the documents is to be submitted at the time of document verification.
Note 1 : Separate merit lists would be uploaded for candidates with M.Tech in Electronics
Note 2 : In case of Academic Arrangement in Library sciences and Academic Arrangement in
Physical education, the marks obtained in B.lib. / BP.Ed will be considered respectively for
graduation instead of B.A/13.Sc. marks.
Note 3 : The candidates who would physically verified their documents do not have right of
engagement in any college for session 2019-20 unless Nodal Principal Jammu receives any
requirement for these subjects.
Note 4 : All the eligible candidates are required to visit college website www.ggmsciencecollegc.in regularly for latest updates.
Note 5 : Those candidates who are appearing in Net Examination & their date of
verification of documents coincides with their examination date can get their documents
verified during any one of the above mentioned dates as per their convenience or on last
day of above schedule, irrespective of their subject not mentioned on that date at which
they want to verify their documents in the above schedule, but they have to produce 0*
their admit card for Net Examination, failing which their documents would not be
verified.
