Shortlisting for Class IV Posts in Department of Horticulture
The statement showing shortlist of candidates who have applied for the Class-IV Post of Divisional Cadcr JAMMU (Department Horticulture) with reference to advertisement notice no:- 01 of 2017 Dt:- 14-12-2017 is enclosed as per Annexure “A”
The short listed candidates shall submit the following documents in original alongwith self-attested copies of the same
Date of Birth.
Mark sheet 10th / 12th
Category Certificate.
Permanent Resident Certificate.
The original documents shall be returned after scrutinizing them in the Directorate of Horticulture Jammu.
Documents are to be submitted within a period of 10 working days (during officer Hours) after issuance of this shortlist beyond which no request shall be entertained.
The candidate whose name appears -in more than one category shall have to furnish an affidavit on the judicial paper duly authenticated by 1st Class Magistrate opting for the single category of the post
