SKIMS Kashmir Notification for Conduct of CBT Speed Test for Junior Assistant Posts
Conduct of Computer Based Type Speed test for the post of Junior Assistant Advertised Vide Notice No. 03 of 2020, dated 26.06.2020 at NIELIT, Rangreth, Srinagar w.e.f 01.04.2021.
In continuation to Notice No. 302 13 18 23/2020-795-800, dated March 13, 2021, it is notified for information of all the concerned candidates that the Computer Based Type Test for the post of Junior Assistant advertised vide Notice No. 03 of 2020, dated June, 26,2020 shall commence w.e.f 01.04.2021 at National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (formerly DOEACC), SIDCO Electronics Complex, Old Airport Road Rangreth, Srinagar.
The provisional list of candidates along with the complete schedule of Type Test is forming Annexure -“A” to this notice & same can be downloaded from the official website of SKIMS (www.skims.ac.in).
The concerned candidates are advised to bring following certificates along with (02) passport size photograph at the time of test:-
Requisite Degree Certificate.
06 Months Computer Certificate.
Domicile certificate of UT of J&K.
The following Criteria shall be adopted for making selection to the post of Junior Assistant
Computer Based Type Test = 20 points (Pro-rata basis)
Written Examination = 80 points (Pro-rata basis)
Candidates will have to download admit cards from the official web site of SKIMS (www.skims.ac.in) by filling in following details:
Application Number
Date of Birth
Candidates are further advised to affix latest passport size photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer or self-attested in the space provided in the admit card.
NOTE :
Only those candidates shall be considered to have qualified forwdtten examination who will achieve a typing speed of “Minimum 35 words per minute and accuracy of 90% or above”.
The candidate will not be permitted to appear in the Type Test without admit card and a valid photo identity card proving their Identity.
The list of candidates shown in Annexure- “A” to this notice is purely provisional and has been devised on the basis of information provided by the candidates in online application forms.
Any candidate found guilty of impersonating at any stage of selection process or having uploaded fabricated/tampered documents/testimonials or making false, incorrect or suppressing material in online application form shall be liable to criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration of any or all recruitment made by the SKIMS.
If any candidate is having any query related to admit card, he/she can visit the Office of Administrative Officer (Policy) upto 31.03.2021 during office hours. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained afterwards.

The candidates are advised to follow the SOP’s in order to prevent transmission of COVID-19 infection. Candidates found not wearing masks shall not be allowed to participate in the type test
No TA/DA, will be paid for participating.
