Upon the authorization / approval conveyed by the Administrative Department vide aforementioned communication, the candidates as per Annexure “A” appended herewith selected for the post of Junior Assistant (Public Works Department), Divisional Cadre, Kashmir by the J&K Service Selection Board are hereby informed through the medium of this notice to submit the following documents/ testimonials in this office within a period of (10) days from the date of issuance of this Notice to enable this office for consideration to issuance of appointment order in their favour: –
An attestation form as per Annexure-I accompanied by an undertaking prescribed in an Annexure-IV on a sworn affidavit, clearly mentioning that the salary shall be drawn / disbursed only after receipt of the satisfactory Character of Antecedents verification report. In case receipt of an adverse report and on confirmation thereof by the Sate / Divisional/ District level screening committee, as the case may be appointment order shall automatically stands cancelled without any
Education / technical qualification certificate / Marks Sheets.
Date of Birth Certificate / Matriculation Certificate.
Permanent Residence Certificate/ State Subject.
Age and Health Certificate issued by an Officer not below the rank of Chief Medical
Character / Antecedent Certificate.
Certificate from concemed authorities to the effect that no loan under self-employment scheme has been obtained / availed by the concerned candidate.
Reserved category certificate, if any.
