Appointment of Candidates for Various Posts in 14 Districts in Cooperative Societies J&K, Govt of J&K

Districts : Udhampur,Samba,Ramban, Rajouri, Kishtwar,Kathua, Jammu, Srinagar, Pulwama, Kupwara, Budgam, Baramulla, Bandlpora and Anantnag
Appointment of Junior Supervisor/Sub-Auditor District Cadre Udhampur,Samba,Ramban, Rajouri, Kishtwar,Kathua, Jammu, Srinagar, Pulwama, Kupwara, Budgam, Baramulla, Bandlpora and Anantnag
As recommended by the Secretary J&K Service selection Board Jammu, vide No. referred to above, sanction Is hereby accorded to the temporary/provisional appointment of the below mentioned candidates as Junior Supervisor/Sub-Auditors District Cadres Udhampur, Samba, Ramban, Rajouri, Kishtwar, Kathua, Jammu, Srinagar, Pulwama, Kupwara, Budgam, Baramulla, Band ipora and Anantnag In the pay Scale PB-I Rs, 5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs, 1900/- The appointment of the candidates shall be subject to eligibility with reference to their qualification/age/fitness and character and shall be governed under new pension Scheme.
The appointment in respect of other candidates in whose favour selections have been kept with held by the J&K Service Selection Board, shall be Issued separately after clarifications are received
The appointees shall be on probation for a period of 2 years.
The appointees shall report to the office of Registrar Cooperative Societies, J&K Srinagar (SDA Colony Bemina) within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of the order alongwith the following documents:-
- Qualification Certificate
- Date of birth Certificate
- Category Certificate
- Permanent resident Certificate (PRO
- Age and Health certificate
- No loan certificate from District Industries Centre / District Employment and Counseling Centre
- Affidavit to the effect that he/She will not apply for transfer from one District /Divisional Cadre to another District / Divisional Cadre. The appointment shall be subject to the following conditions
The appointees shall give an undertaking in the shape of affidavit to theeffect that in caseanyadverse report about their Character /antecedents are received from Addl. Director General of Police, C10,1&K, & that if the documents /certificates produced by the appointees are found fake / forged onverification from the competent authority, the appointment as such shall be deemed to have been cancelled abl-nitio, besides criminal proceedings shall also be initiated against the appointees .
The appointment of the candidates shall be governed under SRO-343 dated 1340-2004.
Salary of the appointees shall not be drawn and disbursed to them unless satisfactory report about their character/antecedents and documents is received from the Addl. Director General of Police, OD, J&K /concerned quarters.
If on verification the certificate produced by the appointee, are proved fake or forged, the appointment shall be cancelled ab-nitio, besides. criminal proceeding shall also be Initiated against the appointee.
